Service Description
Merlin is an AI assistant that runs as a desktop app on your Mac. It keeps track of the people you deal with and what you owe them, carries out tasks for you in a web browser, answers over the app you are working in, records and writes up your meetings, runs routines you set up, and creates documents, slides, spreadsheets, and websites. It can work with services you choose to connect, such as your email and calendar.

Payment
Payment for subscriptions is charged at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
