These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Merlin ("the Service"), an AI executive assistant application provided by Merlin Labs, Inc. ("Merlin," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

Merlin is an AI executive assistant that integrates with your Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and other productivity tools to help you manage emails, schedule meetings, complete tasks, and organize your day.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Connected Services

Third-Party Accounts

Authorization

Revocation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Merlin Labs, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of the Service. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or system improvements.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Merlin Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merlin Labs, Inc. regarding the Service.
